Inchwater Home Care is a family run company that offers the highest quality of care to clients in their own homes. We have a superb suport team in the office and our caregivers are amazing! We have been voted as Top Home Care Provider in Kent twice and are rated by the Care Quality Commission as “Outstanding” (twice!) – the only homecare provider in Shepway and Dover District to be rated so highly.

You will be working with just a small number of clients and, because we work differently to other home care providers, you will have the time and opportunity to build a caring and supportive relationship with the people in your care. Your responsibilities may include companionship, medication reminders, home help and personal care. No qualifications required but you must be willing to undertake comprehensive and ongoing training.

Our training is excellent – we offer nationally recognised qualifications at all levels and will support you in achieving your goals. We have a good career structure to offer, with progression to Senior Caregiver, Lead Caregiver and Care Support possible for all caregivers. We offer weekly training across 12 different topics such as Dementia, Parkinson’s, MND and Stroke, so your skills are always up-to-date. You have the opportunity to gain an NVQ, should you wish, and we currently have people taking their NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 5.
