About us

Inchwater is an award-winning home care provider and is owned by husband and wife team, Paul and Maddie Watts, who each have more than thirty years of hands-on experience in care, and have strong connections with the Kent area.

We have a strong office team who are there to support caregivers as well as clients. Our 24hr on-call line is available to all staff in case support is needed, and managers have often attended visits to provide a helping hand to caregivers.
