1. You can make it a career– we have lots of opportunities for you to undertake as many qualifications as you want! We offer full training before you meet any clients, so you don’t need qualifications to get through the door. Once you’ve found your feet you can undertake levels 3, 5 and 7 in health and social care. Care is highly regulated and any qualification on your CV will make you stand out.
2. Work the hours that work for you– people need care outside the hours of 9-5, which means hours are available around the clock! Work your schedule around your family, commitments, and social life. If early mornings, evenings, or weekend work is what fits your schedule, we are happy to work with you to find regular clients in those times.
3. You are valued– often people think care in the community is an isolated job, but that is far from the truth. You will create bonds with your clients and become an important member of their social circle. Our office team will communicate regularly and there is 24/7 on-call support for the times you just need a little reassurance. You will often work with other caregivers and have the opportunity for regular social gatherings.
4. Variety– no day in care is ever the same. You will look after a range of clients throughout your career with us, each with their own unique outlooks on life, showing you that variety really is the spice of life!
